context, the term "party" is to be interpreted in the

include specifically the plaintiff, all other defendants and

are myself, my relatives (by blood, not marriage), and my son (at some
point in the future).

"media" includes anyone related to a media outlet.
- Due
to ongoing litigation the terms of
service forbid "Content" access to "parties"
of the litigation and the "media".
- Any attempt to
determine my identity for the purpose of notifying the "parties" of the
litigation is a violation of terms of service and will result in civil
action for recovery of damages.
- Because of the
ongoing potential for post-decree actions, the party restrictions
remain in effect post-decree.
- If you are a "party" to this litigation you must
exit now.
- All "Content" is copyrighted

are just two examples, the terms "offensive and harassing" are to be
interpreted broadly.
- Special note to "media": At
some time, I may be interested
in a mutually beneficial release of this information, however there are
serious legal and editorial issues involved. If you believe
